I tried Tana and Capacities. But I decided to keep using Workflowy. I have used it since 2016 and I love this app. The good thing about Workflowy for me is that it is very easy to use. It is so fast to put information in it. The structure is completely free. You can organize things how you want. The system works for your brain, not the other way around.

There is no friction.

I use it to:

• Manage my calendar
• Bullet journaling
• Manage my projects
• Share information with people who do not use Workflowy
• Take notes in meetings
• Make shopping lists
• Plan my vacations
• Write down my ideas
• Save all kinds of information. It is my knowledge base.

Also, for some time now, there are more updates. The team gives us really great new things. Thank you to them!
