Better initial load

The initial load time has been improved with the following changes:

1. Font preloading has been optimised.
2. The CSS is now loaded inline instead of in a separate file.
3. CSS transitions that modified the font size on every load and window resize have been fixed.
4. The values of the image sizes attributes have been adapted to better match the breakpoints.
