My website build with @eleventy can now convert Twitter and Mastodon handles to proper HTML links.

Now, when I write <a href="https://social.lol/@alienlebarge" title="@alienlebarge's profil on social.lol" class="handle-link fediverse-link">@alienlebarge</a> in a Markdown file, it becomes <a href="https://social.lol/@alienlebarge" rel="external">@alienlebarge</a>

This will be improved later because for the time being this does 97,4% of the job.
