What I think about this:

I’m not going to go for a drink in a pub where the landlord is an arsehole, just because it’s busier out on the terrace. I’d rather spend time in a safe and welcoming place, even if there’s just two men and a dog in there.

I couldn’t care less about the audience. People don’t take an interest in you based on where you’re preaching, but on what you’re preaching. If they’re interested in what you have to say, it doesn’t matter where you are, they’ll come and listen to you.

I’m a father, and I want my kids to be able to grow up in a world that isn’t run by self-obsessed lunatics. So, I don’t go to their pub.
