Can’t connect MailMaeven with an email address hosted by Infomaniak. Shame, I almost switched.

I managed to connect my IAM accounts right after posting this message. Here’s how I did it. I’m sharing the various user settings below. I had to go into the account type details in MyMaven to switch it to eMap, as it was already configured as IMAP.

Incoming server IMAP

• Server: mail.infomaniak.com
• Username: full mail address
• Port 993
• Security: SSL
• Path prefix: empty

Outgoing server SMTP

• Server: mail.infomaniak.com
• Username: full mail address
• Port: 587
• Security: StartTLS
