Shakmat describes the “Bishop's Miscellany MK2” as an “Instant Riff Maker”. I have to admit they’re right. This module lets you modify (or even torture) your melodies (CV + gates) live or even generate them from scratch. After just a few hours of use, I was able to generate melodies with a complexity I’ve never achieved before. Despite the fact that it has a screen, which isn’t necessarily welcome in my setup, the user interface is incredibly well-designed and easy to use.
I’m excited to dive deeper into this module because, in addition to being an “Instant Riff Maker,” it’s a real fun machine.
